  • You can book by emailing us at clicksnapstudiobooking@gmail.com or sending a DM on Instagram. Once we confirm your date, a 50% deposit is required to lock it in.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.

  • We need about 8x8 feet of space with access to a power outlet. A flat surface is ideal.

  • Every package includes: • Unlimited 360° videos • Fun props • LED lighting for that perfect vibe • Instant sharing via QR code/text/email • Setup, teardown, and an on-site attendant

  • We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before your start time to set up, and it takes about 30 minutes to pack up after the event.

  • We recommend 2–4 people at a time for the best video results and platform balance.

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable since it reserves your date and prevents other bookings. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new available date (if we’re free). If the new date isn’t available, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Yes! We can create custom overlays or add logos for weddings, birthdays, or corporate events. Just let us know during booking.
