A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
We need about 8x8 feet of space with access to a power outlet. A flat surface is ideal.
Every package includes: • Unlimited 360° videos • Fun props • LED lighting for that perfect vibe • Instant sharing via QR code/text/email • Setup, teardown, and an on-site attendant
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before your start time to set up, and it takes about 30 minutes to pack up after the event.
We recommend 2–4 people at a time for the best video results and platform balance.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable since it reserves your date and prevents other bookings. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new available date (if we’re free). If the new date isn’t available, the deposit will be forfeited.
Yes! We can create custom overlays or add logos for weddings, birthdays, or corporate events. Just let us know during booking.
